These terms and conditions apply between Mayapokemon, a sole proprietorship registered on the registar of companies of Hong Kong SAR on November 18, 2025, under number 79188944, with its registered office at Unit NO.532B on 5/F, STAR HOUSE, NO.3 SALISBURY, HONG KONG SAR, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher," and any individual or legal entity, whether governed by private or public law, registered on the Website to purchase a Product, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."
Ownership of Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all rights (including copyrights, Trademark and related rights), and other information (including text, icons, images, photos, audio, video, graphics, color combinations, layout, etc.) in MAYATCG wholesale are owned by the MAYATCG wholesale . No one is allowed to use any content in MAYATCG wholesale, including but not limited to text, icons, images, photos, audio, video, graphics, color combinations, layout, etc., through monitoring, copying, transmitting, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, etc., without the permission of the MAYATCG wholesale and its affiliates.
The words and/or logos “MAYATCG wholesale” and other logos, emblems, product, and service names of MAYATCG wholesale are trademarks of MAYATCG wholesale and/or its affiliates in China and other countries. Any use such as promotion or display of these trademarks requires prior written authorization from the MAYATCG wholesale Provider and/or its affiliates.
Limitation of Liability
We hereby advise that you should comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China during the use of our services, not to endanger network security, and not to use our services to engage in activities that violate the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of others. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not assume any responsibility for the use and purpose of your use of our services.
Return Process
For normal replacement the user should ask by email confirmation by MAYA TCG Hong Kong Ltd. (B2B@mayatcg.com). The user is responsible for return shipping costs. In case of damage , users must specify the reasons for damage and provide supporting evidence, such as pictures or videos.
When returning products confirmed by MAYA TCG Hong Kong Ltd., users should include all accessories, boxes, boosters UNOPENED etc., at the designated address. Products opened won't be refunded by MAYA TCG Hong Kong Ltd. The refund will only occure after reception and control of the returned products by MAYA TCG Hong Kong Ltd.
Governing Law
These terms of service and any separate agreements through which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
